How do free consultations work?

Your 15-minute consultations will take place via our secure video platform. Both you and your client will receive a confirmation email.

These consultations are a great opportunity to introduce your approach, answer any questions and ensure you’re a good fit for each other. Please note that each client can only book one free consultation with you and there is no payment associated with them.

After the Session

Clients will receive an email prompting them to book a full session with you. You’re also welcome to follow up with a personal message to encourage the next step.

If They Don’t Show Up

No-shows can happen. To help reduce this, we place a hold on the client’s card and send multiple reminder emails beforehand. If a client doesn’t attend, you can mark them as a no-show by clicking “Did not attend”—either after the video session or from the session details in your dashboard.

Tip: When a new consultation is booked, it’s a good idea to send a brief welcome message to introduce yourself.
